Each service is led by qualified professionals with real experience in that field. We have active projects in Harare, Bulawayo, Binga, and across the region.
Who we are
One company. Several disciplines.
Ulani Group operates across construction and civil engineering, public transport, software development, and ICT consulting. The company exists because the clients who need these services are often the same clients, and coordinating multiple contractors to complete one project adds cost, time, and accountability gaps.
Our construction division is backed by a team of civil engineers and quantity surveyors, covering structural design, cost management, site supervision, and project delivery. Software development is led by a computer scientist with a BSc from the University of Rochester and professional experience building data systems at Goldman Sachs and Citi Bank.
We are currently running public commuter transport in Harare and delivering a construction project for an NGO client in Binga, with further work across Bulawayo and the broader region. We take on new work where we can do it properly.
We are based in Bulawayo and work across Zimbabwe.

What we hold ourselves to
Integrity means we put terms in writing before work starts. We say what something costs before we start spending. If something will not work, we say so before the invoice arrives.
Excellence means we hold output to a standard we would put our name to permanently. We review our work, we invite feedback, and we do not cut corners because a client is unlikely to notice.
Innovation means we use modern engineering software, current development tools, and practical project management methods because they produce better results in less time.
Safety is not a policy statement. The health and safety of every person on a site or in one of our vehicles is treated as non-negotiable on every job.
